Park Lane Construction has build over 2,500 units of conventional market, senior living, affordable housing tax-credit, bond, HOME, FHA and HUD financed multi-family properties to date. Park Lane was formed in 1991 primarily as a construction services company that has since inception, completed projects ranging in dollar volume from $500,000 to over $20,000,000.

The officers of Park Lane Construction; Chester L. Parker, Jr. and P. Scott Parker have combined experience in the residential, multi-family residential and commercial construction and development field in excess of forty years. That experience has covered an area from Georgia to California and from Wisconsin to Florida.

Park Lane Construction holds unlimited General Contractor Licenses in the states of Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia.
